Ng Beng Tiong
Prior to joining the ARA Group, he was the Finance Director of Low Keng Huat (Singapore) Ltd, a property, construction and hotel group listed on the SGX-ST and a Director of Stone Forest M&A Pte. Ltd., a mergers and acquisitions advisory company. Beng Tiong began his career with DBS Bank Ltd in 1989, initially as a corporate banker and subsequently as an investment banker.
He holds a Master of Engineering (Software Engineering) (First Class Honours) from Imperial College, London and is a CFA charterholder as well as a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors.
Lim Cheng Teck
He has more than 30 years of international banking experience and has held various roles within Standard Chartered, including Regional Chief Executive of ASEAN, Chief Executive of Singapore, Executive Vice Chairman and Chief Executive of Standard Chartered Bank (China) Limited.
Cheng Teck currently serves on the advisory board of Sim Kee Boon Institute for Financial Economics (Singapore Management University), on the board of Special Needs Trust Company Limited (SNTC) and is presently Chairman of Bright Vision Hospital. He has an MBA from Brunel University London, and a BA in Economics from the Nation al University of Singapore.
Executive Director & CEO
Her understanding of how companies deliver on objectives and her strong knowledge of financial management has been invaluable to her numerous clients. Her banking experience is complemented with work on a range of fund-raising projects for SMEs prior to founding Minterest. She is well-versed in financial governance, anti-money laundering and compliance matters as she was a member of numerous risk and compliance committees in the bank.
Charis holds a Fintech Certificate in Future Commerce from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy (First Class Honours) from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder from the CFA Institute.
Non - Executive Director
Prior to joining APM Group, Mr Kong was with the CapitaLand Group for over four years. He held positions in investments, business development and asset management, with the last position as Vice President at TCC Capital Land, a joint venture between CapitaLand and T.C.C. Limited, a Thai conglomerate group. Mr Kong began his career with the Wing Tai Group, a listed real estate developer based in Singapore in 1996.
Mr Kong holds a Bachelor of Business (Financial Analysis) from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He is also a CFA charterholder.
Li Zhong Hui
Non - Executive Director
Prior to joining the ARA Group, he was at Far East Organization where he managed the due diligence process for land acquisitions for the company. He also headed the business development and venue consultancy arm at Suntec Singapore, where he led their digital roadmap implementation. Zhong Hui began his career as a Management Trainee at Singapore Tourism Board.
Zhong Hui has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy (First Class Honours) and an MBA from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
Executive Director & COO
His experience on “both sides” puts him in a unique position to understand both borrower and investor objectives. A deep understanding of, and broad experience in, financing requirements allows Ronnie to analyse and deliver on the decision making process through a balanced risk-reward approach. He started and led numerous global businesses at an international bank where he was responsible for business performance and managing loan standards and portfolios.
Ronnie graduated from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand with a Bachelors of Commerce Degree

Prior to joining Minterest, she was the Chief of Staff & head of corporate development at Noah Holdings, a leading wealth and asset management service provider. She has also had over 14 years of experience at McKinsey & Company, a global management consultant firm.
Janice holds a MBA in business administration from the National University of Singapore.
